How Telco STEAL Money From The FOOLS

Just argued with one of the Telco customer services REP about 30 minutes for the charge which I disagree, It's ended up I'm a FOOL and need to bear all the losses.

Complaint: Being charge for data usage I never subscribe

1.  Blamed me for switching my phone and not turning off the auto update.
2,  Making me a fool not enough, turn me into greater fool is their final goal.
3.  Over-ride me in the conversation by point 1 & 2.
4.  My stand point - no SMS notification from them to keep me alert.
5.  SMS only sent after maximum data usage in one hour, maybe be, but not immediately. (Charged me fast, but take time to notice me.
6. Finally, I've to admit I'm a FOOL in this matter, a FOOL who will say THANK YOU to their services.

How-the-HELL I know there is an auto update, I didn't open internet browser at all.  I did appreciate what the Call Centre REP did to save her company FEW BUCKS by not waiving my charge.  But it's really pissed me off with their  AUTO UPDATE, SECRETLY UPDATE,  NON-VISIBLY UPDATE lousy service.

Charging-without-your-knowledge is the power of success, make you say thank you is brilliant.

How they STEAL Money from you pocket.

1. Charging high rate for call. Technology is advancing, but still charging OLD price.

2. Cancelled 30 seconds call block & apply 1 minute call block, even you make a call with one-second long, the will charge you 1-minute price.

3. Automatically help you to subscribe data you don't want, the time you already a FOOL, they will tell you "the time you subscribe the line, it's already there." 

4. Come out with many plans to confuse you, internet plans not equivalent to data plans. Data plan for GPRS is more expensive.

5. Con you with broadband services. Subscribe EXPENSIVE plan with litt1e data usage, what can you do with 1GB, 2GB data usage...

6. Selling smartphone at a HIGHER, not-even-discount-price. Sell you few hundred bucks cheaper but make you to sign for $100/month data plan for 2 years, yet many people subscribe.

7. Roaming data service. When you're in oversea, your phone will automatically in roaming mode. There was a FOOL who has been charged for more than USD 8000, could be one's one year income, in roaming services he didn't aware at all. Worse come to worse, his bill guaranteed by credit card. By the time come to his awareness, it's already charged in his credit card. 

More & more telco companies so ambitious to expand their businesses to underdeveloped countries or third countries, as it's already saturated in developed countries. Some go even further to bribe for entering the telecommunication business in one country. NO BRIBE, NO BUSINESS. It's self-explanatory, this is a profitable business.

News today, Visa & Master agree to pay more than USD 6 billion to settle a long-running lawsuit to the merchant. Do suggest the TELCO take out few billions in their own country currency to compensate ALL USERS, cause you've "stolen" more than you deserved. 

Unifi Connection Problem - No Internet Access [SOLVED]

If your modem and wireless router function properly and only the WAN light turn to amber/orange, your setting might run. So you need to reset your router.

Step 1# Reset your wireless router to factory defaults

With power ON, use a pin to press & hold the reset button for 5 seconds which is located nest to power cord written, RESET.

Step 2# Log in to router

Click start > Run > and type Ping 192.168.0.1. Or type 192.168.0.1 in Internet Explorer. You will direct to below webpage. Username : admin  Password: leave it blank (no need to fill)

Step 3# Reboot the system

If you encounter similiar issue, your WAN connection status was not connected by checking the Status. To do the setting, click Wizard, type you username and password. 

 Here is a BIG TRAP

The REP guide me through didn't ask me to add @unifi at the username column, simply mention my username without @unifi.  (The main reason the setup failed at the first place)

You can't get the password in your registration form, the REP give me the password after doing some verification, the password is the combination of numbers, small capital and capital, a bit long. If you don't have, call them, 1-300-88-1222.

Click next. Fill up below

Tick Enable wireless box, 

SSID: your name share for wireless connection. 

Key Type: AES. 

Preshare Key: Password for wireless connection

Lastly, click submit,  it will reboot the system. Wait for a while and the network will connect soon. Mine reconnected in one minute.

P/S: If still can't, you can turn off the Windows Firewall as it might affect the network connection.

If the REP listen patiently to user, understand their problem, the issue can be solved ON-THE-SPOT. Unifi technician no need to come, user save troubles, save petrol, save time, save your reputation. WHY THEY NEVER LISTEN...are they chasing KPI or not enough training?

Unifi No Internet Access or WAN light turns Orange

Last two day I've encountered connection issue with my Unifi, there was a yellow triangle with exclamation mark over network‎ appears at the bottom right corner of screen. By clicking it, it shows no internet access and undefinable network in control panel. Unifi modem, HUAWEI HG655a Home Gateway and wireless router-RG TMRND Gen1.0 wireless-N Residential Gateway are function properly. All lights on either solid green or blinking, except the WAN light on wireless router turns to solid amber/orange. Wireless signal is there, but no INTERNET ACCESS as well.

So I call the services centre, the Rep just ask me to check the light one by one, and said there would be some connection problem in my area or the router problem, they can't define the problem on the spot. So they would arrange a technician to come over, not sure when, and give me a case number.

After this I spent another 2-3 hours to self-check the cable, the network setting and also the computer settings that might cause internet connection failure. All devices ok, my friends at the same area can online, but slow (it  always happens).

I think it could be my setting problem, so I call the service centre again, and this time there was another Rep answered the call. She said they have record in their system and will arrange the appointment as soon as possible, she also want to end the call quickly, didn't spend time to understand my problem. I told her I have reset my router to factory defaults and request her to guide me through the setting. So she did, but I still can't connect to internet, another day of no internet access for me.

The next day I received a call from the technician to make a appointment (the first time they respond fast), but I can't make it as no people at home during weekdays. So make an appointment on weekend =(

Today, I spend one hour surfing  internet and look for similar connection issue, I go back and try. Connection problem solved. Here is what have I done. Unifi No Internet Access/No Connection[SOLVED]

Options Trading For Malaysian

Before you enter the market, learn the basics of options first, what is options(call, put, intrinsic value, time value), , how does it work, options strategies (ladder, spread, guts, straddle, strangle, butterfly, condor) try to intimidate you, if you afraid, stop reading here. Choose the options trading account which suite you the most, Online Stock Trading Reviews 2012. Sign up brokerage account for Non-US resident, fill-up online registration form, document required like US withholding tax form (tax and death is inevitable), income statement, bank statement, etc.

There are five levels for options trading. Beginner will be assigned Level 1 or 2 by brokerage firm.

Level 2 - Level 1, Calls and Puts Buying, Writing of cash Covered Puts & Purchases of straddles or combinations

Step3# Start To Trade

There are lots of newsletter, trading guides, options trading tips, you might subscribe many of this so-called easy-trading, profit-proven program, end up heading nowhere. Always back to the BASICS. Few weeks before the earning report or any big event announcement, study the company, if you expect it's price rise, buy call, price fall, buy put. And also watch out the options time value, sell the options before it expire rather than exercising it. Cause you might not have enough money to exercise the options. Options Trading can be done with as low as few hundred bucks, Game for Poor.

Opportunity Cost Vs GOOGLE...

Personally speaking, enrolling in the class can save your time in gathering information, teaching you where to start off, educating you basic knowledge. Think in this way, some may take years to comprehend what is Options Trading, so they willing to pay for it to save their time/opportunity cost. Some may take few days if you know how to use GOOGLE. 

The POWER of After-Sales Services...

If you think paying once-off, one-time, non-recurring, you can get all you need to learn, then you're so green.  In business, Rule#1 sell a product/services to customer he or she may or may not need it. Rule#2, keep on selling them product/services. After you attend the class, there are lot of coaching program, guiding program, weekly/monthly analysis report & subscription, after sales services for you to subscribe. Fooling never end at the first place. If think you're a fool after enrolling, you might be a greater fool if you subscribe after sales-services. 

No end for being a FOOL. You might learn new things after being fOOled once.
